At J3 Party Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide flexible and fair options while maintaining high-quality service and preparation for every booking.

✅ Cancellations

7 or more days before your event: Full refund of deposit or payment.

Less than 7 days before your event: Deposit is non-refundable.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refunds will be issued.
✅ Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

No refunds will be issued for unused items or inclement weather, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

In the event of equipment failure or service disruption caused by us, a full or partial refund will be considered.
