Refund & Cancellation Policy

At J3 Party Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide flexible and fair options while maintaining high-quality service and preparation for every booking.

✅ Cancellations

  • 7 or more days before your event: Full refund of deposit or payment.

  • Less than 7 days before your event: Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refunds will be issued.

 

✅ Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused items or inclement weather, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • In the event of equipment failure or service disruption caused by us, a full or partial refund will be considered.
